Welcome to Sidco Interiors. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between you (the client) and us (Sidco Interiors) regarding the use of our services. By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1. Payment Terms
We strive to maintain a transparent and smooth payment process. Below are the steps:
- Token Amount (10%): This is required to confirm your project booking.
- Advance Payment (50%): Before starting work, we collect 50% of the total project cost to initiate the process.
- Ongoing Payment (30%): This payment ensures uninterrupted progress of the project.
- Final Balance: Any remaining amount must be cleared before the completion and handover of the project.
Failure to make payments as per the agreed schedule may result in delays or suspension of work.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policies are as follows:
- The token amount is non-refundable once paid.
- The advance payment is refundable only if work has not commenced within one week of booking.
- No refunds will be provided for payments made once the work has started.
- Refunds are applicable only for cancellations before the project has been finalized or executed.
We encourage clients to review their decisions carefully before proceeding.
3. Changes and Revisions
At Sidco Interiors, we value your input but ensure that changes are handled systematically:
- Once the design is finalized and approved by the client, no further changes or revisions will be accepted.
- If additional changes are requested post-finalization, they will be treated as new work and charged accordingly.
- The client is responsible for covering any additional costs arising from these changes.
4. Warranty Policy
We take pride in offering a robust warranty policy to provide peace of mind:
- 10-Year Warranty on Services: This covers the quality and execution of our work.
- Material warranties, including hardware, plywood, laminates, and other components, are covered by their respective manufacturers.
- Warranty coverage may vary based on factors such as brand policy, climate conditions, and natural calamities.
- Detailed warranty terms will be provided upon project agreement signing.
5. Free Maintenance Service
We are proud to offer an industry-first benefit:
- Clients receive 1 year of free post-maintenance service with no conditions or questions asked.
- This service ensures that your interiors remain in top-notch condition during the first year of use.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
Any disputes, disagreements, or legal matters arising from our services will be handled under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana State Government.
7. Intellectual Property
Sidco Interiors retains ownership of all intellectual property, including designs and concepts, until full payment is made.
- Our smart space solutions and unique designs are proprietary to Sidco Interiors.
- Clients are not permitted to replicate or reproduce these designs without our explicit consent.
8. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and ensure the secure handling of your information.
- We collect client data for project execution, communication, and service improvements.
- Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Quotations and Work Agreements
Our quotations are designed to be clear, itemized, and comprehensive:
- The detailed quotation provided is based on material finishes, quality, and the client’s budget.
- This quotation serves as a binding work agreement between the client and Sidco Interiors.
- Clients are fully responsible for settling payments for any work or services rendered as per the agreement.
- If additional work or changes are requested, the final bill will be revised to reflect these updates.
